Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, at this time, akuma does not accept refunds or exchanges due to our small scale. Items are always carefully checked individually for quality prior to shipment. All sales are final, thank you for understanding.

By being a customer of akuma, you agree to all terms and conditions (including but not limited to the refunds/exchange and shipping policies).

Shipping Policy:

Processing Time

The shop's order processing time is within one week. Due to school work and related obligations from being a full-time student, packages will typically be packed and shipped over each weekend. I apologize for any inconvenience, since this is a longer processing time than many other shops. Within the US, orders should take 3-5 business days to be delivered. International orders can take two weeks to a month to be delivered, depending on your country.

Issues/Problems With Shipping

If packages are sent back because of a mistake in a customer's address, the customer must pay again for the extra shipping to re-deliver any items. akuma is not responsible for any wrong information the purchaser inputs for their order, so it is very important to remember to double-check addresses and other required information before submitting an order.

Item Not Delivered

We have no control over any orders after they have been dropped off at the post office, so akuma is not liable for them after that point. Lost packages are an unfortunate, unlucky occurrence that we cannot be responsible for. Please check your tracking number and contact a local post office for information about your package if it does not arrive. Refunds or exchanges will not be given in cases of lost packages.
